Assure Connect™ is a personal emergency alert system – the first system of its kind in the world.

Assure Connect™ enhances the ability of a standard telephone to alert friends and family in an emergency by enabling a person in distress to contact friends and family by pressing just one button on their phone. It simultaneously calls up to 9 people; the first to answer the call is connected. By dialing a group at once the caller doesn’t have to think who will be available or remember their telephone numbers.

The family member can immediately render assistance and if required emergency services can be brought into the conversation by pressing zero during the call to create a conference call with Triple Zero. The friend or family member can then assist the caller by providing interpretation, medical history or simply help the caller if they are distressed, confused or incoherent.
